Celebrating Women in Pharmacy: Insights from International Women’s Day at EPA

EL Healthcare Consult was honored to participate in the International Women’s Day celebration hosted by the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA). I had the privilege of sharing the stage as a panelist, engaging in a candid and meaningful discussion about women’s empowerment, career experiences, and the unique challenges of our industry.

The conversation was both raw and necessary, offering valuable insights into the opportunities and barriers women face in the pharmaceutical sector. I am grateful for the chance to exchange ideas with such a dynamic and inspiring group of women leaders, and to contribute to the ongoing dialogue on advancing gender equity in pharmacy and healthcare.
